Roger's wholesale artisan micro-bakery is based in Marsden, a beautiful village nestled in the heart of the Pennine Hills. It is a small, family run business producing in excess of 1000 loaves and patisserie per week.

 

We supply restaurants, cafes, pubs and shops around Huddersfield, Honley, Barnsley, Oldham, Uppermill, Emley Moor, Diggle and Delph as well as nearer to home in Marsden and Slaithwaite. We deliver to your door at a time convenient to you six days a week.

 

Our business philosophy is to make real artisan bread more accessible to everybody both in their own homes and when dining out. We are always happy to take on a challenge and our customers regularly make requests for special loaves or items that are a little more unusual. We pride ourselves on being flexible and customer orientated.

 

We are proud of our village and embrace the strong community spirit here by contributing free bread to causes such as Meet and Eat Lunchclub, local fundraising events Christmas lights and Cuckoo Day as well as regular donations to the Huddersfield Change Project homeless charity.

 

All our products are made using organic flours from Shipton Mill and Worsbrough Water Mill in Barnsley. We use a 100% overnight proofing method for all our loaves which means much less yeast and greater depth of flavour. Our breads are much healthier than commercial loaves and can be enjoyed by people who may have a minor intolerance to gluten.
